I felt Steph listened to our likes and dislikes and managed to steer us to a mattress option which we feel should suit us both. We liked the scanning bed which analysed our body type and suggested options to try. I had had a previous visit 3 weeks ago when another sales assistant, Graham, was equally helpful and spent a lot of time showing me around.

We recently moved and the mattress we had for our bed was awful, we decided to go look for a mattress but did not want to spend a fortune due to the costs of moving out of our parents. We were pleasantly surprised with the huge offer in Dreams when we arrived and fell in love with the first mattress we tried! We tried out a few more but went back to the first mattress

Staff were very polite and friendly and knew the products very well. Gave us a virtual assessment and then pointed us in the direction of the correct mattress. Whole process was very professional and quick. We came out of the store satisfied that we had selected and purchased the correct bed and mattress
