Graeme was a pleasure to deal with. We originally called the store to check if they had certain beds in store to see. He kindly informed us of what was in the showroom - as we were travelling approx 50 miles to the store. When we arrived Graeme remembered our conversation from earlier in the day and showed us the beds we were looking for and looked after our every need in relation to finding us the right bed. His kind and patient manner was very much appreciated and at all times he (and colleagues in the shop) were adhering to social distancing. They are all a credit to your brand and dreams.
