Graeme from the Sealand Chester branch was great super helpful and funny. made the entire experience great. the mattress we have bought is going to be great so glad he told us about the cooling gel layer. Perfect

The customer service we received from Graeme was amazing he was so helpful and couldn’t of done any more for us. I can in having back problems and sleep deprivation he suggested using the sleep mattress test which came up with which mattress we needed. He help us choose which was best for us and was so helpful and understanding. Such a kind and caring man who is a credit to your company. I don’t normally write reviews but he was an absolute gem. Thank you
