Whilst visiting the Chester branch of Dreams, Carl, the advisor, was very helpful and understanding of my needs for a mattress suitable for my back problems. He showed me a variety of options and advised which would be the better option within my budget. I am extremely happy with my experience at Dreams. Their customer service was exceptional and I will definitely be visiting again.
