Aya 147 was very helpful and was able to assist with finding a mattress that was suitable based on an old, obsolete label on another mattress

I came in looking for a specific mattress that was no longer made. I was found a colleague who remembered it and was able to recommend mattresses that were of the same firmness and type.

The assistant was very helpful and professional. She went to great lengths to ensure that we got a full discription of the items we required. Not only was she helpful and professional but was very patient and a pleasure to have her help. Please thank her from myself and my husband for all she did for us.

Aya was incredibly helpful. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was not like many sales people we have met while furnishing our new home, he was not too confrontational, did not try to force products on us and left us time to think and process. All answers that he provided seemed genuine and honest and he was very understanding of our budget and needs. Excellent customer service.

The store was very nice, clean, well laid out, employees where helpful and friendly, we where offered drinks whilst we placed our order. They were understanding that we had small children who where a bit noisey and excited. Nice se@ection of choices of beds and matresses.

The store assistant was friendly and knowledgeable and guided us around the store without being pushy, instead offering assistance when we needed it. There was no pressure to buy immediately and he was very accepting of us going away to have a think about our purchase and remembered us when we returned two days later to place the order.

The service was exemplary, and I was made to feel very welcome. I was guided by expert advice from the team in store and never rushed to the sale. It was an altogether excellent job from Aya and the team. Well done Dreams.
