Dreams - Luton

Smiles as we walked in.It was a hot day and we were offered a drink within a few minutes. Both assistants new their job and we were not pressured in any way.

We where offered and provided with hot drinks and very polite service during our visit

Jackie was extremely helpful and very patient with my 14 year old daughter who the bed was for. All staff seemed very friendly and happy

The staff were very friendly and took time to understand what we needs and explain what product would be best suitable for us. Very professional staff across the store and very calm with other customers as well. Enjoyed the hot chocolate as well :)

We were looking for an orthopaedic mattress (king size) and were given a lot of information before making our choice. Aya (Luton) advised us on the different types of mattresses, asked us what we were looking for and we were able to lie down to check for comfort. We will be receiving our mattress on Thursday so we are very happy that delivery will be very quick. We are also pleased that there is an interest free option so although we were not planning to spend this much on a mattress or take out extended warranty, we are glad we are able to distribute the cost over 10months without having to pay interest. Aya was very helpful and we would come back to dreams again as the service was excellent.
