Dreams - Luton

The sales assistant who served us at the store at first tried to charge a higher price than was advertised for the bed. It took a long time on a hot day for him to agree to sell it at the price advertised on the board next to the bed displayed in store. He at first said it was an out of date offer and that he would have to wait for the manager - eventually, when the manager did not come, he changed the price himself. The sales assistant also told us that there was no option to pick the bed up ourselves and we had to pay the delivery charge. Again, we told him that this was not what the display board next to the bed stated. We eventually decided to have it delivered anyway but felt the information he gave us was misleading.

Th sales advisor did not have enough knowledge in regards to basic sales tecknique also saying something and doing something else, very disappointing .
