Our family have purchased 5 bed's from you're store this year and haven't received a good enough discount! Surely if you make five separate purchases in the year there should be some sort of incentive

I feel strongly that the charge for delivery and collection and disposal of the old bed wasn't as shown on line. At £39 for each this alone added £78 to the bill, the affordability of which I had taken to my limit and this hit me unawares but left me with no option as I am disabled and living on benefits. The overall experience was therefore saddened and soured.

To tell the truth I was satisfied buying the bed frame BUT to my horror we are getting charged £39 for delivery now that works out about 20% of the bed put on top and it's only a bed FRAME, if it was a big three piece suite or a big dining table I would understand, so really we were absolutely disgusted that you can charge such a high price just to deliver a bed frame and it was only a single bed frame, if you can't see why we wasn't satisfied now then there's no point of this survey.

After attending your store for the second time to re arrange delivery address even this could not be done effitionately.My grand-children are left without beds for four nights in December after being promised they would be delivered today.Needless to say all I was offered was £100 after spending 12 times that amount.All Ican say is the pillow talk offer would be more applicable as Inow have to find an alternative place for them to sleep....Mrs. S. Potter
