There were small children making noise, i dont like noise.

I`m never highly satisfied, but satisfied is good enough for me.

The online price for the same matress is £600 cheper than instore, this was not explained to me nore was the same discount offered. I only noticed this price difference after my purchase.

On the second visit to confirm a quote and finalise the order the sales assistant was very inexperienced and could have benefited from the assistance of more experienced staff. On my intial visit the member of staff was really good

I thought the price of the products are quite high & also when purchasing such an expensive mattress there is still a high cost for delivery charge and they don't take away the old mattress; I think if one spends over a certain amount (£1000) charges shouldn't apply

the product I purchased I was highly satisfied with; however, what I find difficult to understand is that having spent over £2500, I still have to pay a delivery charge, and to also have to pay to get the old mattress taken away; this I feel should be included in the price if over a certain amount is spent in the store
