Because i bought a product even if is montly payment,but it s quite expensive(2300£) for a mattress only it's true,the best u have it s worth it , but they want to charge me the transport for it... And they give me a present just after I requested... And for me that s means that they give just to the people they want by selection...i didn t like that... It s should be for the value you buy... Not from where you are(what country i mean).thanks.

It takes a lot for me to be highly satisfied. If the products had been free I may have been able to select this response!

Nobody, or business, or object, is perfect, but Dreams, came close.

I had not previously compared mattress prices. I was going to buy a one however, and should have updated myself before shopping.

I was satisfied with the way I was served it was our decision to change the pillows as we had changed our minds. We were treated extremely well both at the original purchase and at the exchange.

I thought that Dreams prices were high, even though we received a discount.

I was expecting a free delivery of the product but unfortunately i had to pay. Though a discount was given.

I was quite happy with the service, ease of placing order, staff etc. Alll i guess i can say which i'm not totally happy with is the understanding on the finance side of things. I have no idea when my payments will start or what date of the month they will come out on.

i was satisfied with my visit and although I have the bed I wanted still thought it was over priced.
