The sales man was very helpful ...good service....just wanted a mattress but found it difficult due to the way prices are displayed on the bed..some have clear price for mattress others just the bed...perhaps a colour showing mattress only deals

Assistant who eventually served us was excellent. However the assistant before failed to folllow us to required bed and did not seem that bothered with our enquiry just half heartedly pointied to what we wanted.

It would have been nice to have an earlier delivery date also more flexibility on price

I rarely score the top mark in any survey as I don't believe one visit to your store gives me the complete picture.

There was a lot of information to take in. The experience was more than good.

Look experience was great but I'm never satisfied if you gave me the bed for free I would be highly satisfied

The item we wanted could not be delivered in the lead time desired and we had to compromise on our choice of bed.

Think delivery could be cheaper. Everything extra was like £35-£40.

The staff's product knowledge was not as extensive as we would have hoped. Having said that, he did come along just as we had become overwhelmed by choice and he ultimately influenced our final decision heavily and we ended up buying a much more expensive mattress than intended so he did his job well! Overall the experience was fine and we walked away satisfied customers but it wasn't outstanding.
