mattress seems expensive

Was hoping to find a solid oak bed very sturdy but I searched a few bed stores and none really had these for viewing.. Service was very good though. Explained a lot of worries I was experiencing with quality etc

Lack of staff Our sales guy kept leaving us to attend to other customers We were actually in the middle of the transaction of sale and he left us!!!!

Only because the delivery charge considerably inflated the cost of a small item - single mattress and was bot displayed in store until we went to pay.a click and collect service should be available rather than front depot in High Wycombe. Otherwise good service and good value.

The first day we came into the store none of the sales team approached us at all and there where plenty of them in store. The next day we where pleasantly greeted as we walked into store by Jacqueline. Its a shame she was not about the day before.

Mainly due to lack of choice of headboard, i.e basically only one in style we wanted.We purchased this item but would have liked more choice.
