The grntlrmsn was very pleasant and helpful and took time to explained snd showed us the different beds

Sales executives were so busy.need more staff

I should have been advised about the no cancellation policy before any transaction was started. That way I would have been in possession of all conditions and make an informed decision.

Mixture of information first the assistant said you ca apply for credit then he said no only credit can be done for goods over £500 not £499 so we bought the pillows then the assistant said delivery plus installation was £40 then he said its only £40 if you purchase the mattress so I'm a little annoyed at this.

Very difficult to get anyone to serve me & the person who did was really not interested. Staff were constantly on their phones

There was a £40 delivery charge, that was not advertised and not made clear until purchase and the only way of negating this charge was to collect from the collection centre, an 80+ mile round trip.

The assistants that I spoke to were very helpful and friendly. The reason for the not highly satisfied was that the debit card machine broke down and after waiting for it to restart, it then restarted with Euro currency rather than £. My card details had then to be phoned through to another branch for processing.

Some of the items appeared overpriced
