I can't I was just satisfied

The categories are similar .

The way the different priced products were arranged proved a bit challenging initially until it was eventually explained to us.

Price were higher than expected and missed out on the delivery date that I wanted.

I was diapointed for I did not get the discount nationally advertised

After leaving the store, I received an e maim confirmation - which had something on it which I need to query. I telephoned the store yesterday twice and left messages asking for sone dog to call me back. I am still waiting! I will now have to return to the store to ask my question. Why give out a store number and install an answer machine if it is going to be ignored??

The sale guys were very friendly and we had a laugh together (we were the only customers n the shop) but I found the upselling techniques used a bit off putting - adding pillows, warranty uplift etc without asking. On the warranty side I am a big heavy guy and had to read the small print as I suspected there would be a weight limit on damage claims. Sure enough I found it and so the warranty was no good to me - but the sales guys either didn't know or played ignorant to try and sell the warranty. Also there was whispering going on between them about the sales they would try to make to us but this made me feel uncomfortable.

With the delivery charge very high and don't deliver to the store for pick up

I just received the level of service I expected
