The sales person was very friendly was hoping to have a delivery day much sooner than five weeks but happy to wait as long as this is the definite deliver date . Very pleasant sales guy met him when we first looked and was lucky enough to meet him again in our next visit.

In the shop the lady was very helpful. As the item was. OOS she said that when it was next available we could have it at the same price. + 20% discount that was advertised if you bought a mattress the discount was taken off the price of the bed. Bed came. Back in stock Saturday 28th January to complete the purchase over the phone. When I received the confirmation email I'd been charged the NOW price of 349.00 not the 299.00 price. I phoned the store and left a message Saturday, Sunday, Monday and today regarding this issue and I've not had a call back from anyone. The lady I dealt with originally re the order and price promise of which I have it written down by her name is Jackie. I can't get to the store to deal with the issue as I cannot drive atm due to a having an exploded disc in my spine awaiting surgery. I've had a conformation email stating the bed is being delivered on 10th February. Please could someone deal with this over pricing issue as the store is not dealing with it despite my ringing them and leaving answer phone messages.

There was a problem with the computer network at Barclays and Dreams meaning there was a long wait and I had to return the following day to finish the transaction. Otherwise everything was OK.

Wanted to listen to the Covent sound bed, the staff were very accommodating but they couldn't get the sound system working. Had we been able to hear the quality of the sound we may have purchased 2 of the beds. Subsequently we ordered different products. I was very disappointed that this type of bed with sound was on show but we were unable to listen to it.

The reason I didn't rate highly satisfied was because as had to pay for Saturday delivery and to pay for removal of old matress. However I did enjoy the shopping experience as I didn't feel pressured or hounded on my shopping experience. I received the perfect level of assistance for me personally.

The assistant looked up a previous order of mattress and advised us which we should buy this time

Although we were not worried about a delivery date as we don't need the bed at present, at the time of placing the order the agent could not get a date even though the bed showed it was in stock.
