We were left with a colleague to start our order whilst the lady serving us dealt with another customer this was fine her colleague was very helpful but then switched back to her it would have been nice to have the same member of staff sort out the whole transaction.

One of the cabin beds that I specifically wanted to look at was not in the store. There was only a choice of 2 or 3 cabin beds.

Mattresses' are too expensive. And only 3 delivery dates available in 3 weeks....all week days. Not helpful if you work for a living.

I wasn't highly satisfied because of the time they take to deliver the product. I expected it to take two to three days.
