As soon as we walked into the store we were offered help and support. The assistant, Jackie, was patient and helpful as we walked around the showroom to find the right bed. She was very friendly and wore a SMILE at all times! We felt comfortable and all our needs were meant. We were also highly satisfied with delivery estimated time.

I was served by Aya, who was very informative and knowledgeable. I was little concerned buying a bed without my partner present and i didn't want the hard sell. Aya was excellent, explained everything well and approached me with a professional manner with no hard sell. Aya has mastered the professional approach yet personal approach, which is very rare in customer services today. Well done Aya! I would definitely recommended you to anyone.

I did not know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised to find that there was colour coding of the specific types to help us narrow down our selection. Kamran was helpful and friendly, he gave just the right amount of advice but left us alone to discuss our decisions and make up our minds. He did not apply any pressure but did offer me a better deal when asked.

Made to feel at ease and nothing was too much trouble. We only went in to look and was charmed into buying your best product. Can't wait now until we finish the bedroom and get delivery of our bed. Everything was explained to us in detail and we never felt pressurised into buying anything we didn't want.

Helpful staff and advice.

The assistant was so helpful and pleasant as were her colleagues .she knew her products and went out of her way to help with bedding and pillows. Definitely would use the luton again!!

Primarily, because I bought the bed I was looking for. The products were well displayed, and the staff were helpful and knowledgable - particularly in explaining prices and the beds' features. I don't usually enjoy shopping, so I was also pleased that I made a purchase in one, short visit to the store.

The lady that showed us around the store was full of details regarding all bed frames and mattresses. She was smartly dressed and welcoming into store. This is th first time I have purchased a bed from dreams and spent a large amount of money on this type of product. She was very patient while I made my choices.
