the staff was very accommodating and staff Jacqueline was very efficient with her work and help us in choosing both our bed and mattress for us with ease and every time when go to Dreams in Hatter's Way Luton we are always greeted with a smile.

The store was spacious and clean. Very smart and friendly staff. The sales person who came to assist us (Aya) was polite, friendly and keen to help us without being pushy. He made us feel as if we were important. He was very keen to help with what we wanted and was very knowledgeable about the products that we asked about. We originally went into Dreams to look at bedroom furniture, but ended up actually ordering the furniture. 10/10

Good service friendly staff that were knowledgeable. System issues meant I had to return to gemstone the following day to complete the 0% paperwork.

The lady that assisted me (Jackie) was very helpful and demonstrated the ottoman bed I was looking to buy. She then proceeded to show me the various memory foam mattresses available for a single bed. She was not at all pushy and left me to discuss it with my mother. I left the store to measure up and after returning a few hours later to order the bed, Jackie processed my order and even remembered exactly what I wanted.
