Jackie and Nevil were very helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. We did not know what we needed when we went in the store, but they helped us find it quickly

Jackie was very knowledgable. And even made us a tea

The assistant was very very patient with my mother (who was purchasing the bed). She spent a lot of time and was happy to put different mattresses on different bases and brought extra pillows over as my mother has difficulty in breathing. She spent over 40 minutes helping us until my mother made her final decision. Very impressed!!!

Kamran was excellent - listened to what I wanted, understood my requirements and delivered. Excellent experience so I would not hesitate to return.

Very pleasant and helpful assistant Kamran. delivery time within a week - and could have been much sooner but I needed time to have space ready? All in all the service could not have been better

BUT YOUR SALE PERSON NEVIL WAS SO POSITIVE, KIND/FRIENDLY & THOROUGH THAT WE WERE WELL PLEASED WITH HIS EXPLANATORY DISPLAY PLAN TO SELECT WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR, WITH ITS PRICING & SELECTION/DELIVERY ARRANGMENTS AS WELL. HOPE THE PRODUCT WILL BE AS GOOD. WELL DONE. NEVIL.
