Good choice of products and great sale price

Jackie in store was amazing, she greeted us as we walked in and left us to have a look around. When we were ready with questions, she managed to answer them very well. She was extremely helpful in making sure our bed was right for us.

I was able to order exactly what I needed, having a choice of colour on the bed base was a surprise. The lady serving was very helpful and not pushy as we did look around before returning to order. I needed delivery during a school holiday which dreams were able to organize.

The service was excellent. Professional but friendly and very good knowledge of product.

Ayah was very helpful, pleasant in conversation and did not try to deceive me or force my decision. He was polite, listened to what I wanted, a very good customer service provider.

The sales assistant jackie was very knowledgable and did her best to advise us on what we were looking for. She was friendly and knew what she was doing so the process was as quick as possible

We were helped by Kamran. Originally we were going to buy a mattress from Bensons, but Kamran was so much more helpful and friendly than any of their staff that we chose to swap our purchase.

Mother and I visited to look at headboards. The store was easy to access and negotiate for my disabled mother and the assistant Kamran was extremely helpful. We placed our order in no time and were offered delivery at a time and day to suit us. Brillant! easiest thing I have purchased in the last two weeks!
