The staff was very helpful

I was served by Omar, and he was very knowledgable about the items in the store, I was unsure of the type of bed I wanted to purchase and he spent a lot of time showing me around, talking to me about the beds and advising what I should try. I was exceptional pleased with the customer service I recieved. Was very impressed.

My experience on this visit to your Luton store was both professional and friendly. I intend to return to your store for all my future requirements. The gentleman who took care of my request was very helpful and informative.

Knew what I wanted and the assistant knew the exact bed. He also had a good knowledge of the mattresses. In fact I was going to buy a 2nd bed from a different retailer but he was so helpful I bought the 2nd bed in dreams.

Karman was very helpful and patient as I visited the store 3 times before I finally decided to buy.

nevil was very helpfull in finding the mattress that was suitable to what i needed and pillows .He got me try different beds which was very helpfull to work out which one i liked . He knew everything about the different mattresses and pillows .He took a long time with me and had patience with me as i walked with a crutch and was very helpfull in explaining the invoice to me and my husband so we understood what we were paying for .Would like to say a big thank you to him and the other feller that was there who helped me to my car with my other bits i brought .

The assistant was very helpful, but not intrusive. I was allowed time on my own, but she was always available when I had a question. I liked the way I could easily see which type of mattress I was looking for (sprung, combined etc). She knew a lot about the different products and was able to advise me. She was not at all pushy which I liked.
