Dreams - Luton

From the minute I entred the shop, I was given a warm comforting welcome by the store manager called Nevi. I was surpised because many store managers do not serve customers they deligate the jobs to their juniours. His assistant Kamran did his best to help us get the finacne for the bed we wanted. What a great team, I have already reccomended my sister to visit the same branch. These 2 guys Kamran and Nevi are very good in serving customers and make sure you get everthing you require before leaving the shop,I eneded up buying pillows as well.

Staff member was incredibly friendly, informative, knowledgeable and very personable

THE SALESMAN TOOK TIME TO SHOW ME THE DIFFERENT TYPES TO CHOOSE FROM AND TO TEST THEIR SUITABILITY WAS POLITE AND HELPFUL. UNABLE TO EVALUTE QUALITY OF BED BECAUSE IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED YET .

Assistant in the store Jackie O'Brier, was helpful and well informed. Nothing was too much trouble. She took her time and explained everything very clearly. A helpful, professional and friendly store assistant.

When entering the store everyone was friendly and welcoming. The sales rep was very nice and didn't push at all, he left me alone to try the products after assessing which would be most suited to me, it was nice not to feel pressured into buying. The delivery time was amazing. Taking delivery was amazing! Will and Nathaniel called twice to give me a very accurate time of arrival, were both very friendly and had no issues bringing the mattress upstairs, especially considering my house is pretty awkwardly set up! They were fast and also very considerate to my pproperty. They are a credit to your company!

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store .Shown round beds that would be suitable for our needs .Also offered a drink Can't fault your member of staff who was very plescant and knowlidgable

Brilliant customer service from a very polite lady called Jackie . And the both gentel men that came to delivery the bed where highley exceptional as well both polite gave me enough notice to ready and helped with getting my bed together,and also wore shoe covers I really appreciated them respecting my home . The gentleman's names are ASHOK KUMAR ,MATRIN P . Lovely chaps . Well done to them 3 .

My experience at dreams was good. The shop assistant was most helpful as we were looking for a four foot bed and he was able to tell us which ones were available in that width. There is rather a long wait for our bed to be delivered (4 weeks) but it has been to our advantage as we are decorating at the moment and we did specifically ask for a saturday delivery. All in all our experience was very good.
