The member of staff that helped me was very knowledgeable about all the beds i looked at and helped me compare them. i did not feel pressured to buy anything and i was happy about that as i really don't like it pushy sales people. i would definitely recommend this store. The bed was delivered the same week and even the delivery guys were brilliant. thankyou dreams for a great service

The man that served me was so helpful , I really didn't know you still get this type of service anymore. I just hope my sweet dreams are as good. I am sure they will be.

Friendly and helpful staff

Kamran gave us time to look at the beds and then answered all of our questions. We were given a cup of coffee whilst we decided what to order and when we wanted it delivered. At no time did we feel pressured and .this influenced our decision to buy

Very helpful

We live in Hitchin, received shocking service at Dreams in Stevenage so decided to go back to Luton, we had previously bought a Tempur mattress in Luton and had been happy. We managed to walk round the whole of the Stevenage store without being spoken to once. We won't be back, I'd rather travel
