Jackie was very friendly & helpful, we did not feel under any pressure to buy & were left time to ourselves to look & discuss. The purchase was quick & easy and were not going through lots of details for huge amounts of time. All in all a very pleasant experience today & very happy with the service we had.

From knowing very little about beds and mattresses I left the store feeling completely informed and able to make an educated selection of products. I didn't feel at all pressurised to make a purchase and was never directed to the more expensive products just to secure a higher value sale. I felt the information I was given was genuine and that the whole process was an individual choice. I asked a huge amount of questions and felt valued as a customer and reassured and well informed about a whole array of products. I made what I felt was a great choice of bed and mattress, returning a few days later to make the purchase. The delivery time scale was fine too.
