Very helpful member of staff. We were given ample time to think about choice without any sales pressure. Salesman knowledgeable on types of mattress available. There is a very handy colour coded system for different types of mattress. We were given a good quality pillow to try out mattresses which was very useful. Excellent mug of coffee whilst deciding.

I had looked at the prices online but needed to see and feel the quality before I bought the bed. Despite being given more online inducements to buy online, I went back to buy from the store as they had been so helpful.

We were given plenty of time to choose exactly what we wanted. We weren't rushed in anyway. We were shown a video and mattress demonstration, offered plenty of drinks and felt very welcome. For us it was a big decision what bed to get and we spent a large amount of money. It didn't feel like a huge sales push and our sales person camran was very helpful. Thank you very much

I was listen to and not pestered during my visit to the store, resulting in a plesant transaction

I could stay on the bad as long i like and turn over with my partner hug and lough as we do in home. That keep us in store and we didnt go nowhere else. After asking what we are looking for we have been shown firm mattresses in all price range. We also have been provided with pillows kind the ones we sleep on.

The assistants at the dreams store that we visited were very helpful and friendly I could not fault anything.

The assistant Aya was extremely helpful. The order was placed on Saturday and delivery date made for Wednesday. Excellent service and Aya made visit a pleasure
