Dreams - Luton

Very well informed member of staff he obviously knows his product and took time to find out customers needs.

From the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed. The store in luton was empty but the staff left my husband and I to take a leasurly walk round by ourselves which we wanted as opposed to trying selling tactics . After we had the staff member asked us about our needs and they explained the different types of matress in more detail. He gave us measurements and I went away that evening to think about the bed I wanted to buy. When I returned the following day the store was busier but the staff members all made an effort to check we were ok whilst we were looking at the bed we wanted to but again before purchasing. I have only ever shopped at dreams for beds as the service and quality is fantastic!

We spoke to a professional sales person by the name of Jackie. We found her to be highly knowledgeable, courteous and efficient, with a clear understanding of our needs and requirement. Based upon our experience we would happily recommend a visit to the Dreams store..

We were returning for a second purchase and the staff were brilliant, we had coffee and a chat and given some private time to discuss our purchase choices, then placed our order, tje only disappointment was we could not get a delivery date as we wanted an adjustable beds mattress.

I was served by Gulam .Who was very attentive to our needs.He gave me sufficient time as a listener and suggested specific types of mattresses. He allowed me to try each 1 and as we told him our preferences he gave me a chance to try another 1. Until we were satisfied with our choice and he explained to us the benefits of our choice and the specific advantages of the particular mattress we chose , Overall a very good service.

The assistance was very helpful without being pushy, Jackie was able to give us several choices but did not make me feel pressured to buy, we did buy but I feel more than content that it was my choice not something the sales assistant decided for me. Hope fully the mattress will be as comfortable on our bed as it was in the store.
