Our sales assistant, Jacqueline, was really helpful and took the time and trouble to find out exactly what we needed. She showed us a range of products and prices, allowing us to try all the beds that fell within our specifications. She placed the order and organised a delivery date to suit us, really efficiently. We were very pleased with our experience in this store.

We were very satisfied with the bed we have chosen and with the assistance we received in selecting what we wanted. The assistant was Kamran, and we were pleased with him because we don't like sales assistants to be too pushy or hovering around and he only helped us when we indicated. He was very polite, and helpful to us in deciding what we wanted. Our only issue is that there were no green bags available for us to take at the time for disposal of the old bed and to this date (9/9/15) we are still waiting for this to be sorted, in spite of ringing more than once and being told someone would get back to us.

Jackie was really helpful and answered all our questions, couldnt have asked for a nicer person to help us.

Jackie (sales advisor) was fantastic and more knowledgeable (or at least easier to understand) about Tempur than employees at an actual Tempur store. She was patient and great with our children. The only reason it would be unlikely we would go back to that particular store is because we are moving. I wanted to order before the move because I was so impressed by Jackie. She understood our needs and wants and was extremely helpful. Thank you!

When we walked in to the store the female sales assistant said hello, smiled and waved but did not follow us and annoy us before we had a chance to look around. She approached us at just the right time and answered every question we had. She understood that we were buying a bed for a 7 yr old and we wanted one that an adult could be comfortable in but may have to be thrown away in a years time as a child would be using it predominantly. We didn't want to pay £700 for a single bed. We had left the previous bed store as they were too pushy and we had a bed store next door to check as well but the sales assistant was so 'nice' we bought the bed there and then. After we had decided on the bed, the 'paperwork' was done in minutes. A good experience and we will be going back in the next few weeks to purchase the same bed for our other child and we will be buying ourselves a new bed within the next year and your Luton/Dunstable store will be our first choice for searching for our 'Dream' bed.
