We were assisted by Jackie who greeted us with a smile and a 'hello', which we hadn't had at your competitors. Jackie was very friendly and answered all of our questions about different products, without being pushy. The order was placed without any fuss and has just been delivered. The delivery drives, Delroy and Dave were also very friendly and prompt. Most impressed by all involved and would highly recommend.

We were amazed with the product and the difference to our current bed. Our salesman Nevil was amazing and well informed he couldn't do enough for us. The purchase was easy and streamlined so there wasn't wasted time.

The young man who served me was friendly, polite and more to the point had a smile and seamed happy in his work,something you don't find very much these days. He was very knowledgeable about the goods I was interested in and I found I was not bombarded with information that was not of relevance to my purchase.On the whole I found the experience pleasure.

The person we spoke to (Nevil) was very informative, he showed us a variety of mattresses to try and the right pillows to go with it. He showed us projected payment for if we would like to purchase something which made it more affordable long term. Very Happy.
