Nevil was wonderful. He took the time to understand my needs and helped me to find what I needed according to my budget.

Aya, the member of staff that we dealt with at your Luton branch, was highly friendly, well informed, and very useful. He wasn't pushy at all, which some sales people tend to be and that can be some what off putting. He gave us all the information we needed and enough time to digest this information before making a decision. He's a credit to your company.

Dreams team are highly professional the way they handily customers and their work. The staff have got all patience to listen and give their intire time to the customer not rushing them giving them time to think and decide about the right thing they want to buy. Their assistance is eccespitional if I were to get everything I needed under one roof that could be phenomenal . That's all I can say a big thank you to the staff.

We just went in the store not knowing what we was looking for the lady and dreams made us feel so welcome got us pillows to that's suited us why we tryed out the bed and cup of tea 🍵 we felt right at home

I was served by Aya, he was very knowledgeable about the products, and gave me all the info I required. He was very understanding of my requirements. I was able to browse the store with a pillow and try the mattresses' until if found the one that was right fo me. My sleep is important to me so i took some time over choosing the right mattress, the staff at Dreams were very understanding of this and made me feel relaxed and able to take as much time as I needed. Once i had decided on my purchase Aya went through all the purchase and delivery options with me. All the staff at dreams were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I would definately recommend Dreams.

The assistant was very helpful. He recommended that we try beds we would not normally have tried.
