Friendly and knowledgable sales assistant

BOTH JACKIE, WHO SERVED US, AND THE MANAGER ARE TWO OF THE NICEST SHOP PEOPLE WE HAVE DEALT WITH EVER. LAST YEAR WE WERE BROWSING AROUND LOOKING AT BEDS, ALTHOUGH WE KNEW WE WOULDN'T BE BUYING AT THAT TIME. HOWEVER, JACKIE WAS SO HELPFUL AND NOT AT ALL PUSHY, THAT WE KNEW WE WOULD GO BACK THERE WHEN WE DECIDED TO BUY, WHICH WE DID AND BOUGHT 2 NEW BEDS. VERY, VERY SATISFIED.

The sales person was very friendly and helpful....and most importantly, not pushy. She made us a coffee and then explained how the products were colour coded to make choosing easier. She left us to look around, and answered any questions we had. She made the whole experience easy.

we visited our luton store and was served by a lovely lady called jackie ,she was friendly and helpful and not at all pushy ,something which i hate and i will actually leave a store because of it.i also feel that jackie deserves to be congratulated on her sales technics as others could learn . we did visit other bed stores near by and felt that the matresses were of a higher quality, so we returned and purchased our bed with jackie ,so we felt very happy with our purchase and service

assistant was very polite and approached after a few minutes of being in the store.

assistant was adding to an order that we had already placed for the bed frame - unfortunately the mattress we wanted to add to the order was not available until after the delivery date for the frame. The assistant was able to give us an alternative option for a mattress which we were happy with and he efficiently placed the order and arranged for the mattress to be delivered on the same day. Polite, professional and efficiently dealt with on both occasions.

Well i had come into the Luton shop before say two week before the purchase of the item ; then in saw the lucia bedframe and with the assistance of the shop attendant i wanted that - considering the total cost for the bed and mattress I thought i might just get the items through finance ; the previous week i tried the watford outlet ; the reception was not that good ; the attendant was not that great compared to the staff in luton ; although i tried getting through finance in watford , but was declined ... The next week when I finally made up my mind to purchase item y paying cash for the whole item i decided it had to be the Luton outlet due to the customer experiences i received compared to the watford outlet .. I needed purchasing more in cash that i wanted to purchase using the finance option ...with a total purchase of £700 worth of item

The store was very well laid out and the staff where very frendly. The over all ordering process was very efficient.

Great customer service. Straight to the bed I was after. Very good product knowledge.

We were attended to by Gulam, who was exceedingly helpful and obliging , he was interested in what. We wanted to buy, in fact he couldn't have been any more helpful than he was. An excellent employee
