Dreams - Luton

I only intended to look at prices for a new bed and had no intentions of buying on the day. Sales staff did not harrass and waited until we needed assistance. There were a few questions I asked the Sales person, i.e. regarding different mattresses and the spring types, which were fully explained. After being invited to try the different beds there was one I felt really comfortable on. It was then explained about the 40 night guarentee and the price promise. As I have been suffering with a bad back I decided to go ahead and purchase the bed, as I had nothing to lose. I did do a price search on the bed when I got home and in every instance Dreams came out the cheapest. Looking forward to when my bed is delivered and hopefully my back problems will get better.

We are looking to move out soon and this was our first big purchase that we have made together as a couple. We were left to have a little look around before Kamran approached us, he is an asset to your company. He was very friendly, and he understood all of our needs before advising on a mattress and bed, and even offered us tea or coffee while he let us sit and discuss for awhile. We were so happy with the service and the products we didn't feel the need to even look anywhere else despite Dreams in Luton being the first place we had walked into just to have a browse. The next day we went straight back to purchase our new bed. Every question we had was answered and we felt so comfortable. We cannot wait for our new bed to arrive and we will be recommending Kamran to everyone!

Both members of Staff, Jackie and Neville, were friendly and efficient. It was a pleasant experience especially being able to lay on the beds for as long as we liked! A welcome smile works wonders/
