The assistant was knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. He didn't rush me and didn't try to influence me. He listened to my needs and gave good advice. He even called a local storage company on my behalf to make enquiries about the cost of storing my current mattress before a decision was made on whether to pay for the old mattress to be removed or not. His colleague was also friendly.

We were looking for a bed and mattress. One of the assistants from shop Kamran been very helpful and explained to us what is the best option and we made the purchase in about 30 min for bed and mattress.

I found nada very helpful as we were advised by her and we got the right bed for us she is very polite and new what she was talking about she didn't push us at all she offered us a drink store was kept nice and clean I would recommend her and the store

Service and help was excellent but not intrusive. Beds were well presented and layout was good and plenty of information about different mattresses and their structure.
