Jackie the lady who served us couldn't have been more helpful,when we entered the store we had no idea that there was so any different options to choose from but she made it easy to understand and guided us in the right direction. If she hadn't have been so helpful we would have probably just looked round the store and left with no purchase.

It was very busy in the store but despite that we were served by the manager I think his name was Neil not sure. He was very friendly excellent product knowledge. He answered all our questions and we were very happy with our purchase. Great customer service will def recommend my friends.

The representative was highly knowledgeable and very friendly. We had our little boy with us and the rep was really nice to him.

Really good customer service no pressure to take furniture deal of get cheapest free but we did. Only slight complaint was not enough staff as it was the January sales. Overall very impressed with the gentleman that dealt with us very friendly & helpful.

In my opinion dreams was the best place we have visited in the aspect of the service and product that was provided. I feel that my wife and I made the best option to come here and purchase the beds and mattresses as we had the opportunity to try them out properly before hand.

The staff were helpful made sure that I had tested the comfort of the mattress. Didn't push me into other products. Solved an issue with a voucher that was issued to me but never arrived at my address. Wanted me to leave the store happy with my purchase.jacquiline who took my order was cheerful helpful and friendly .

The assistant was very knowledgeable on products and was quickly able to direct us to the type of product we wanted,(bed with under boxes) plus advising on the density of each mattress. We were offered coffee while we were making our choice

We was impressed with the service and Knoweledge provided by Jackie who explained everything in full and answered all my questions and concerns in choosing the right matress for both myself and my wifes needs.
