We carried out a lot of research regarding the bed we wanted and visited other bed shops prior to going into Dreams. The whole process of purchasing the bed was very straight forward at Dreams and your colleague, Nevil, was very helpful and efficient.

Very impressed with every aspect of our visit to Dreams. Staff were polite and welcoming and Kamran was especially helpful. We were given all the information we needed to enable us to choose the right bed for us and any questions we had were answered fully.

I felt I was enabled to make my choice without any overdue pressure to sell on the colleges part. She was informed and accommodating without being annoying or trying to hurry the experience.

I was greeted by Nevil when I entered the store and he listened to my requirements and showed me the mattresses that were most suitable for my needs. He knew the products and was able to suggest several options. I had - some years previously - bought a Hypnos divan set from you and I wanted to try one with a memory topping as the Hypnos had developed an uneven surface despite regular turning. This morning, 13th January, it has been delivered by two very helpful and speedy men (Jason and his mate) on time and cheery. My only down point is that I believe that it would be more 'customer pleasing' to have the delivery charge included in the price and to offer a discount if the customer wished to collect. Extra charges please no one and it would not alter the overall cost.

The assistant who served me understood what I was looking for. She new which products to show me and ensured that I was presented with the correct choices for what I was looking for.
