The colour coding of products was extremely helpful and enabled to choose what we were looking for. The team of staff were extremely polite, professional and always on hand to assist in any way possible. I could not fault the high level of customer service throughout my Dreams experience.

The store assistant Ayatollah made me feel very comfortable about my purchase and he was clearly knowledgable about the products he was selling which was one of the main reasons I went ahead with my purchase.

We met one of your staff before who served us with our last bed that we had bought.she was as pleasant as she was before.she has good product knowledge and goes out of her way to help she could even remember all about our bed that we bought 3 years ago!we were pleased to know she still worked there

We received the best customer service we have had for a long time. The sales assistant left us to have look for ourselves but kept popping back to answer questions. He was not pushy the balance was just right. We were extremely satisfied and looking forward to our new bed being delivered.
