I was looking for a bed for my father who is 88 years old. The consideration of the sales lady was excellent, she was patient as he is not very mobile and helped us choose the right bed for him and his needs

Staff member very helpful when I went into store 2 days prior to purchasing to browse. When I returned he rememberd both Mr and the product . Very helpful and good humoured.

Highly satisfied,Mr Kamran was extremely helpful ,good knowledge of the product and delivery times , quickly dealt with our queries and pointed us in the right direction according to the amount of money we wish to pay over all and the availability of the mattress in the time we we wanted it delivered. Could not be more pleased .

I was lucky to get the store manager Neville ,he was highly informative let me try different beds.Made a suggestion that Dreams beds had a fourty day trial if I'm not satisfied I can change my mattress .Adding extra money to upgrade to a different mattress .Neville was a very pleasant gentleman offered my mother and myself coffee or tea .I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family . Looking forwards to having my new bed thank you .
