The assistant Kamran was able to understand what we were looking for and gave us the right amount of thinking and trying space but was also able to answer any questions. We did not feel pressured or rushed at any time.

Representative had plenty of knowledge and answered all our questions. However, we did not feel we were given the hard sell which made us feel comfortable

Kamran was very helpful but not pushy which we liked. Made us a cuppa but left us to look at all mattresses but answered all questions very well.

This is my second purchase in 2 months at the Hatters Way store and both times I was served by Jackie, who is so nice, friendly, patient and welcoming. I would happily recommend Dreams to my friends and family. Well done Dreams

Excellent service from Kam, who was friendly, patient and listened to my requirements well. He advised me on the best options without forcing an "oversell". I feel confident in my purchase because of him and look forward to receiving my brand new bed soon! Also excellent service from the store manager Neville in Kam's absence and Ayan (unsure of his name) too.

I went into the store with my Mother who is 94 years old as she wanted a new mattress and /or bed. We were served by Jackie who listened carefully to her needs, was highly knowledgeable of the products and directed us to suitable products. She was very attentive without being over bearing and gave us plenty of time to choose, rearranging the mattresses onto different bases so that my Mother could try the height ( she is very short). It appeared nothing was too much trouble and offered us tea or coffee to make the purchase experience truly impressive. We had been to other bed stores in the past but we were unimpressed with the stock and the store staffs knowledge. I didn't expect us to be able to finalise the purchase today but because of Jackie's expertise we bought a new mattress and base, ( spending more than we thought!) A good days work!
