Our Sales Person was very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. No question was answered and he gave a demonstration of the beds we were interested in.

The sales process was relaxed and friendly. A good idea was explaining your colour coding scheme in store right at the start. But i'm in sales myself so I am easy to sell to if treated well.

Staff were available to explain when necessary, but also happy to leave us to look ourselves.

Assistance available if you wanted it but we appreciated our ability to review all products without any pressure from the sales staff.

The staff made sure I was happy with what I want and helped me through.

I had already decided on the items I wanted; opportunity to check the mattresses to make sure my decision was the right one...it was. Helped throughout the purchases by a charming and knowledgeable assistant. Excellent service.

The sales lady Jackie was very patient! I was unsure as to the name of the mattress I was looking for and she waited patiently until I phoned my friend to find out the name of the mattress, which was readymatte supreme. Turned out I preferred the hypnos anyway which Jackie introduced us to. She also gave us information of deals for pillows which was very useful and so we purchased those too.
