Dreams - Luton

Initially went to see what was available. Staff spent a lot of time explaining the different types of beds. We were having a new sharps bedroom fitted and afterwards found out we got a discount for using dreams. We had already decided to use dreams and that w as a bonus. Went back when we wanted to purchase the bed. Everything was very efficient. Bed ordered and delivered exactly when needed. Friendly staff all round. Even delivery men efficient and friendly. Found the whole experience first class - lots of choice, and found the member of staff that dealt with me to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was efficient yet had a sense of humour - would happily return and buy from here again. The delivery was quick, and the two hour time slot very helpful. It was refreshing not to hassled by the salesperson the moment you enter the shop, Ayat let us know he was avl should we need any help, he also explained the differences between the mattresses then allowed us,to wonder round and make a,decision,as a customer I feel really uncomfortable being followed round by a salesperson therefore I was very impressed with the customer service given by Ayat thankyou first class.

We were assisted very quickly upon arrival and given advise on the divan bases. We were also shown different types of bases - with drawers - which we were looking for and divans which opened up - which we bought. Our assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us with every aspect of the purchase.
