Helpful but not at all pushy service, Plus tea!

I was very satisfied by the colleague who served me. His name was Nevil and he was the store manager. He was extremely polite and very cheerful. He very helpful and even offered us drinks!

We asked for advice on the best quality mattress for the price and were given valuable information, opportunity to try them for comfort yet with plenty of time to make our decision.

Last year I visited same shop in December I did not receive half the customer service I received from the lovely lady who helped me she saw me walking in and there she was asking if I needed help sure I said but honestly that day I was not planning to buy her service was next to nothing she told me of offers available barclays finance free of interest which I was looking for as if she could read my mind I was totally impressed .I want you to tell her thank you again. I think her name is Linda she has a teen son like me she recommended a mattress for teens which I'm coming to get easter holiday. Thank you girl

Great customer service instore, very helpful staff. There was no pressure to make a purchase and i was very pleased with the delivery service.

The Salesman Kamran was extremely helpful, we explained that we purchased our last mattresse from dreams 3yrs ago and it was extremely uncomfortable and was hurting my husbands hips. We told him the name of the mattresse and he was able to steer us towards different type of mattresses that would help the areas my husband was having difficulty with. Also my husband is 6 foot 3" and our current bed is a TV style bed and my husband has problems with his neck. Kamram explained that as my husband is so tall with his feet touching the end of the bed that was causing him to crunch up and that this could be effecting his neck. With his help we upgraded from our current double bed to a king size and even though our tv bed is less than 1yr old purchased a new divan so that my husband wouldn't be cramped and have more room length wise.

Lovely, friendly staff, took time to listen.

Good quality for the value, also the staff were friendly and show their skills when explained about products.
