Dreams - Luton

We were served by Nevil Fidelis (NF7) who went out of his way to help us choose a bed. We told him our requirements and he suggested several mattresess and left us to try them as much as we liked and even made us a cup of tea & coffee.

Kamran, from the Luton Hatters Way Store, was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. He knew the produce we were interested in and was able to sort out a prompt delivery.

The assistant was amazing - so helpful and detailed all the products so well x

The colleague who helped his name was Aya was very K owl edge able of the products he is selling. He made recommendation but still let me decide what was suitable for me. He was very patient and let me take all the time I needed despite the fact that I kept changing my.mind during the shopping trip. He and the colleague he was working with displayed great team work.

The sales man had the freedom and power to reduce the product to a level closer to a competitor. He was very approachable and welcoming. Also all the staff addressed my little boy and made the effort to talk to him with eye contact.

All staff members were highly helpful, friendly and it was a great well run store.

The store have a wide choice of mattresses to choose from and the assistant spent good time with me to explain and experience which would be the best mattress for my needs. She also explained the cost involved and the availability of the product, including it's delivery schedule. I would definitely use Dreams again.

The shop assistant- a blonde lady, I can't remember her name - was extremely helpful and provided great information and detail of the different types of mattresses. Nothing was too much trouble! We had a particular height requirement as well which she was more than happy to spend time sorting the correct base and mattress. Great service from this lady. Nice tea and coffee!
