Kamram had a good knowledge of the products being sold. He was also not pushy and gave me and my wife time to reflect and decide. At the same time he was always nearby to answer questions that I had. I really enjoyed my shopping experience and will be going back soon to shop for mattresses.

I was given a friendly welcome and was asked what I was looking for. Nevil then went through the options and information as to what would suit my needs. I was given space to try out the mattresses and all my questions answered. I didn't feel rushed or under pressure to make a quick decision about my purchase. I had a very relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience at Dreams and would certainly recommend the company to my friends and family.

Customer assistant was friendly,knowledgable but not pushy. Gave us plenty of time to make up our minds. Also made a good cup of coffee

We were served by a young salesman who clearly knew the various products well. We we given time to browse around the store in in order to make our own mind up. All options were discussed fully in respect to the matress.

We were very satisified with the service and knowledge of Kamran who looked after us very well. His Customer Service skills were excellent. However, that evening we received a call to tell us that there had been an error with our order. We had been debited £17,000.98 for our bed instead of £1,700.98 which was only noticed at the end of the day. We did receive a call explaining the problem but it also meant my husband spending significant time on the phone to his bank to sort out the issue (on his birthday while we were out for a birthday meal with friends). I understand that errors happen and that the matter has been resolved.

What was really good about the whole experience was that we weren't 'pounced' upon the minute we entered the store. So often, store staff hassle you as soon as they spot you and you have to go through the whole spiel of having to say thanks, but we're okay for now, we'll come and get you when we need you. You need time to look at the things and try things out by yourself. And that, fortunately, was exactly what happened, which was great. By the time we were actually ready for some help, Jackie magically appeared - perfect timing. She was really friendly and knowledgeable and showed us exactly what we were looking for - a lovely soft mattress. In fact the range of beds was so good, we decided to buy another mattress, even though we'd only gone in for the one. Sorting out the details and delivery was quick, painless and accompanied by a cracking cup of tea. If ever we need another bed/mattress, we'll be straight back there. Dream beds, dream service.
