I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams Store because of the friendly+profesional manner of Jackie your customer assistant she showed me round+helped me decide what woul be best for me comfatable+in my price range, when I had decided she took me to her desk went through everything+also managed to get a bigger reduction with the amount I got+she also hade one of her assistant's make me+my sister a tea+coffee while she printed out the details+I paid the total by cashSo all in all I would recommend that she is praised for her customer service+I would recommend Dreams to my family+friends.

we were looking for a replacement mattress and the store assistant was helpful and showed us few in the range we were looking and left us to decide told us how to check each one , rather than just looking at them , then when we decided , we placed the order , when it was delivered the delivery people were good removed their shoes before taking the mattress upstairs , and very polite , this made us to visit Dreams again and we bought two bedside cabinets on sale
