ATTENTIVE STAFF WITH GOOD OVERALL PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.

The store was very welcoming. Assistant knew her stuff and took time to explain the product and purchase. We got a good product for a good price.

Very friendly service, very knowledgeable regarding products and your needs - not 'pushy' which of course can be very annoying!

Friendly and helpful staff; this was my second visit and the assistant (store manager) recognised me and remembered what I had said on my first visit. Dreams also provide the service of collecting my old bed. This is a necessary service living alone - I would not be able to transport a bed to the tidy tip by myself. Full information was given at every stage and I was asked if I understood at every stage. Nothing was left to chance.

Very polite young man served us and he showed great knowledge of the goods he was selling.

My wife and I were approached by the store manager Neville,who was extremely helpful and professional at all times. We had planned to visit several companies that day after intensive Internet research. I was very nervous about changing our current extra firm mattress which was expensive when first purchased due to the fact I crushed my lower spine in a serious car accident where I rolled my car. Neville showed us three mattresses,the third one of which was perfect. We had budgeted £1000 for a mattress and agreed to purchase it when Nevil informed us we could swap the mattress if it proved unsuitable. We then ordered a base and headboard which doubled the initial cost we had planned,but the zero percent finance made the purchase affordable. The service was excellent,Neville was well informed and a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to my family and friends.

I received fantastic service from the sales assistant Aya (Luton brunch). Im 39 weeks pregnant, he offered me a drink and was very friendly to my children. He knew what he was talking about overall the experience was great.
