I visited and was given a quote by a very nice man when came back to buy the lady had everything I wanted on the quote and was very friendly

Today I was assisted by a sales assistant named Kamran. He was very friendly and gave us very good advice and information about the various products. He helped us to choose the right bed and mattress according to our likes and dislikes. Kamran was chatty and had a good sense of humour which is always nice to be welcomed with. Also he made a very good cup of coffee and tea!

This is our second purchase from dreams, knowledgeable staff, very friendly and polite. The only downside was we had to wait a while at the order/payment desk, as both computers were busy. My husband wanted to leave and place the order online as he thought it would be quicker. We were in a bit of a hurry. Apart from that everything was perfect, but I havn't tried to put the bed together yet!

I found my experience to be highly satisfactory because I felt valued and important as a customer. I went in to Dreams hoping to buy a day bed. I had changed my mind and began looking at double beds then changed my mind again to double ottoman style bed. Throughout this time I found the staff to be helpful and always smiling. I felt the service I received was sincere and genuine. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. In fact I went home and messaged my friends and family about my purchase. They were all happy with my purchase as they all know I'm picky so for me to finally buy something must mean I really liked it. Big thumbs up to Dreams.
