Was approached by assistant on entering the store, we explained what we were looking for, and was shown around to alternative mattresses to suit our requirements, and was ,told the difference of each before we placed our order.

We were really glad to be met by Lee and kamran in your chaul end Luton store. We went in once to browse then later to buy. Janean helped us browse the in-store computer to see the full range and Lee helped us out the sale through on the later occasion. Both guys were lovely and took the time to make sure the order was correct and that we were happy. Great service we will be back!

The assistant was very welcoming and let me look at my lesuier then when I needed help he was very informative and helpful. I work in sales myself and don't like assistant's that are to pushy it should be natural. Thanks again.

I brought my last beds from dreams and after 15 years are still good, the knowledge of the assistant was great and made me feel at ease in purchasing the right bed, the only down side was the availability of my purchase, also my young son would of like to have purchased one of the dreams hippos in pjs.
