I was highly satisfied with the product I bought as the staff were very friendly and allowed me to check the product efficiently. My sister had also purchased the same mattress and was very pleased with the outcome. The staff did a very good job in meeting my needs and requirements. Thank you very much for your help in choosing the perfect item for me.

Lee in the Luton store was really friendly & helpful. He was very informative on the products he sold. He was really a great help in making up our minds on which matress would suit us as in particular we both suffer back problems. Very polite even offering us a tea or coffee. The overall experience was very relaxing & enjoyable & we would definately shop in the Dreams store again.

Jackie who helped us was brilliant! She knew all the products and the best mattress I would need due to suffering from bad backs. She was very smiley and was very bubbly. She went through all the stages of delivery as well as the products. She's a brilliant customer service advisor and is an asset to the company. I work in customer service myself and would love to have such a lovely, postie friendly women on my team. You should be very proud of her. And a big thank you to her for all the help she gave us. I'm one very satisfied customer and I will be definitely coming back to Dreams for beds and mattresses in the future

The assistant, Lee, was very helpful and took time to explain the difference in each mattress so I could make the best decision for my needs, he let me try each mattress as many times as I wanted until I was happy with my decision.
