Very friendly staff. Jackie was particularly helpful and very informative to my needs. And not too intrusive by allowing me space and time to look around first. Excellent service in my opinion.

The assistant Aya was very helpful, not pushy and gave us time to discuss what we wanted.

Entered Dreams with the intention of checking beds against other stores before purchase. We were greeted by two very friendly and knowledgeable men, who offered us tea and allowed to browse without any hard sell, even bringing us extra pillows to to try any beds we wished. The kindness and knowledge of both staff members made up my mind we needed to search no further. A wonderful shopping experience!

friendly service, no pressure. given plenty of time to try and choose our mattress. drinks offered and accepted. staff always around to help. very satisfied and lee who served us and aya who made the drinks are a credit to the store.

Kamran was very friendly and recognised us from earlier in the morning when we'd previously been browsing and had been with a customer at the time (we'd gone off to look at other stores which just didn't have the range Dreams did). He wasn't pushy at all which put me at ease.

Upon arrival at the store I was greeted with a large smile and a good morning sir, may I help you. After explaining what I was wanting Lee, asked some questions to be sure he fully understood what I was looking for. He then showed me a number of items that I was after, he advised, me but left me to make my own choice. Having made my selection we went to the sales desk and within minutes my purchase was complete.
