Shop assistant was very knowledgeable and I liked being allowed to try mattresses

The staff were not pushey, as exprianced at other stores, asked if we needed help offered coffee, then left to browse not hovering about but when needed was available very helpful

The time, product knowledge and service provided by Jackie was up to a high standard. Jackie understood our needs and guided us through the products in store to match them. We had both our little children with us, who were going around sitting on beds, however the staff did not once complain about them. Jackie spent a lot of time with us, advising us about about each product we looked at. She helped to measure the products and advised to take accurate measurements of our home before purchasing. Once purchased she gave an accurate breakdown of the costs and discounts applied.
