This is the 3rd time I have shopped atvthis dreams store, the first time I bought a tv bed and mattress, the second time I bought a sofa bed and this time I got 2 mattreses for my son. Jackie has served us each time and has taken the time to understand what we were after and shown us each option available.

Very friendly, relaxing and informative visit to this store. No pressure and very happy shopping experience considering it's a big choice to make.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams Luton. I wasn't sure exactly what type of bed I wanted to buy, and was approached by a very friendly, knowledgeable member of staff, Lee, who helped guide me to making the right purchase. He ensured that the decision I made wasn't complicated and he was able to find exactly what I needed and present only the most suitable options. I was very impressed with Lee's approach and guidance.

The overall experience of visiting Dreams and finding a bunk bed that would suit our daughter's bedroom was great, she liked to be able to sit and lie on the bed to see if there was enough head space for her to sit and play. We took the book and measurements home, and then went back to the shop to show my husband and order it. One of the staff recognized us from our first visit and overall the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We have not shopped for a bed before. We've normally just purchased online. However my wife suffers with a back condition and I am a very fidgety sleeper. So we felt the time was right to invest in a bed that will support both of us. I went next door to 'Bensons' and was briefly shown 2 beds. Lee (at Dreams) was an exemplar assistant from the moment I walked in. He made me a coffee without hesitation and spent a long while finding out both of our needs. He repeated this when I took my wife to the store later. I am fully aware he is a salesman and know that the bottom line is his priority. However the best compliment I can give Lee is that is was not apparent that he was making a hard sale at any point. He has excellent knowledge and I truly believe we have walked out of there with a product that will make a difference to our lives, as idealistic as that sounds. However, to us it really will.

was a little confused with the colour coding element until explained by Jackie. Found the customer experience/service very good.
